After selecting the aviation tax service, open one of the forms and you will then be guided through the individual steps of the application form:
Form 1110
Use Form 1110 to submit an aviation tax return or correction to your main customs office in accordance with Section 12 of the Aviation Tax Act (LuftVStG).
Form 1162
Use Form 1162 to apply for a permit to act as a tax representative in accordance with Section 8 LuftVStG.
Form 1163
Departures in accordance with Section 7 (1) sentence 2 LuftVStG are reported using Form 1163. This applies if there are less than three weeks between the underlying legal act and the first departure, or if no more than two departures are carried out in the calendar year.
In the first case, the application for registration (Form 1164) needs to be submitted to the relevant main customs office within three weeks of receiving the notice.
Form 1164
Use Form 1164 to apply for registration as an aviation enterprise in accordance with Section 7 (1) sentence 1 LuftVStG at your competent main customs office.
Form 1169
Use Form 1169 to confirm that an aviation enterprise has appointed you as its representative in tax matters in accordance with Section 7 LuftVStG.
