Add user

Account type

You can be added as a user if a business customer account already exists for your company in the Customs Portal.


Login option

To clearly identify yourself, you need an ELSTER account for your business. Alternatively, you can activate the Zoll-Ident App with a code from a main user (who has identified themselves with ELSTER) for unrestricted use of the portal. If you log in with just an e-mail and password, you will only have access to some services for security reasons.

After selecting the login option "ELSTER", you will be redirected to the ELSTER page. Here you can see all the data sent to the portal for citizens and business customers (BuG). If this data is not up to date and you wish to change it, your company must arrange this with your tax office.
After confirming the data, you will automatically be directed to the further registration of the customs portal.

You cannot create an account with ELSTER if you log in to ELSTER using

  • email,
  • the option "for me" with tax identification number or
  • have registered via the BZSt Online Portal (BOP).

User account

You create an additional user account your data and a personalised email address under which you can be reached in the company. No other users of your company can register with the same email address. The central collective address of your company (e.g. info@... .de or mail@... .com) should only be specified for the business customer account.


Link with business customer account

The link is made by sending the displayed code to a main user of your business account at the end of registration. After confirmation of this code by the main user, you can use the services of the portal for which you have been granted authorisations.
