Here you will receive in summarised form all messages from the Customs Portal, for example changes or inquiries about your applications. In the messages section you will also be provided with the links with which you can download your notices. To view all messages, please log in with ELSTER or your online ID (identity card, electronic residence permit). If you are only logged in with email & password, not all messages can be displayed for security reasons.

Messages will be deleted from the inbox after 90 days. You will receive a reminder 14 days before the message is removed so that you can save the message externally if desired.
