Accounts and profiles
Work in several profiles with one account
During registration, you can now create a personal user account and a corresponding profile, either as a citizen or for a company or an authority. You can then add further profiles so you can, for example, manage several companies with just one account.
- Add profiles or users: you can create additional profiles at any time or be added to existing company or authority profiles.
- Manage rights: the main user of a company or authority profile decides which access rights a user receives – from individual services to full access.
Assign new users directly to a profile
Main users can now add new users directly to a company or authority profile and define their rights. The invitation is sent by email with a link for simple registration.
- Flexible permissions: assign individual services or full profile access.
- Trust level: login with Zoll-Ident can be shared with a high trust level – no additional identification required.
New features for authority profiles
Identify with ELSTER
Until now, identification for authority accounts was only possible via an electronic authority mailbox (beBPo). From now on, authorities and public-sector institutions can also use ELSTER for identification.
- ELSTER as an additional option: enables quick and secure identification.
- Advantage: with an authority profile, additional services can now also be used.
User management for authorities
Now individual users can also be added to an organisation profile, and their rights can be defined. The main user decides whether the new user should process a specific service or receive full access.
