Operations

Here you will find all the cases for which you have submitted applications on the Customs Portal. Changes to your data, e.g. your contact details, your login option or your SEPA mandate, are also listed here. You can view the current processing status and timeline for each operation.

The following statuses are possible for your cases:

  • In progress
    Your case is currently being processed by the Customs Administration.
  • Action required
    Your case has been returned to you, and a query requires action on your part.
  • Returned
    Your case has been returned to you, and you have answered the query, possibly adding additional documents. Customs will subsequently return the case to the “in progress” status.
  • Withdrawn
    You have withdrawn your case. There will be no further processing of your case by the Customs Administration.
  • Completed
    Your case has been completed. You can no longer perform any further actions in the case. 

Completed or withdrawn operations are deleted from the operation overview after 90 days. If you need to keep overviews of operations for a longer period of time, you can save them externally.
