User account

Your user account is your personal access to the Customs Portal and belongs only to you. A user account can have several profiles allocated to it, for example, a citizen profile and several business profiles. This allows you to work for different companies using a single login.

To open the user menu, click on your name in the top right-hand corner. There you can manage everything relating to your user account and your personal access: account details, login options and Zoll-Ident.
