EORI number management

Using the "EORI number management” service, you can request an EORI or branch number, change EORI-relevant data or request the termination of an EORI or branch number. You need an EORI number if you want to submit other specific applications, such as a Binding Tariff Information (BTI).

The following remarks on the EORI number also apply analogously to the branch number.

Apply for an EORI number/branch number

If you already have an EORI number as a private individual or company, this number is automatically linked to your account. Please contact the Service Desk Zoll if, due to technical problems, the number is not linked to the account.

When applying for an EORI number, the portal automatically fills in your personal or company-related data. Please complete any additional data required for the application and then submit your application.

If you want to change data relevant to the EORI number, you can also do this via the EORI number management service.

You can also request to terminate your EORI number.

View processing status of my application

Once your application has been processed, you will receive your EORI number in writing and in your inbox at the Customs Portal.
