To clearly identify yourself when registering on the Customs Portal, you need an account with ELSTER or BundID, your eID (identity card, electronic residence permit, eID card) or a signature certificate and EORI number. If you register with your email address and password, you can only use some of the services. In this case, you primarily have the option to add a new identification option or delete your account on the portal. At the end of the registration process, you can add Zoll-Ident and use it to log in quickly and easily.
After selecting the identification option, you will be redirected to the website of the respective provider. There you can see all the data that is transmitted to the Customs Portal. If this data is not up to date and you wish to change it, you will need to contact your registry office or the respective provider.
Once the data has been confirmed, you will automatically be redirected to the Customs Portal to continue registration.

Please complete your details here. Some fields cannot be changed, as this information is taken from the identification option used and linked to it. You will then be asked to verify your email address and check or enter your personal details (depending on the login option).
With the “Zoll-Ident” app, you can log in to the Customs Portal quickly and securely. After registering with ELSTER or your eID, you can use Zoll-Ident to log in at any time.
