In the Customs Portal you will find all the customs services available online. After a one-time registration process, e.g. with ELSTER or the online ID card, companies and private individuals can use the various domains of customs digitally.
The Customs Portal can be used in German and English. You can select the language at the top of the page. This setting is applied until you log in to the Customs Portal again. If you want to change the language permanently, you can specify this in the settings. The language you have selected will then be remembered the next time you log in.
In “Notifications” you are informed about news and changes to the Customs Portal. Important restrictions are displayed on the start page of the portal and on the overview page. In the settings, you can select the service from which notifications are to be displayed.

Email messages
Here you can select whether you would like to receive an email when there is a new message for you in the portal.
