As the main user, you can manage your users' access to services here. You can restrict or authorise users to access services at any time. You can also give other users the rights of main users or withdraw them again.
You can increase the trust level for the Zoll-Ident app for users of your business customer account. For this, send the user the code generated in the user management section. The user can use this code to increase the trust level for Zoll-Ident in their account. This means they will no longer need the company’s ELSTER account to make full use of the portal.
